Saturday 30 March: Easter Bankholiday with Bootylicious

If you want to rave at a gay LGBTQI+ club event in London to Dancehall, Amapiano, Hiphop and Old School then look no further.

It’s Easter Bank Holiday and Bootylicious is on. Come and join us if you’re in London for the long weekend.

It’s all about pure vibes with Dancehall, Amapiano, Afroswing and Disco House, UK Garage + RnB Hiphop classics across two rooms with some of the finest DJs London’s scene has on offer.

BIRTHDAY GUESTLIST : Celebrate your birthday with us if it is between 16 March and 13 April. On offer free entry for you + paying guest list for your friends. Please contact us in advance by email for more details and to confirm the list.

Bootylicious is for LGBTQ+ people and allies and friends.

Advance tickets are on sale now or pay when you get there. Students £8 all night, Members £10 before 1am on the door.

It all happens at Club Union, 66 Albert Embankment, Vauxhall, London SE1 7TP. Doors open at 11pm – and with the clocks going forward the last entry is 5am. We recommend getting advance tickets, see the link to our ticketing agency Eventbrite below.

For Booty at Union in Jan Carter the Bandit was on the mic. He is an independent rapper much loved in the community and a true original. He came hot on the heels of our one off December special at the Barbican with Alicaì Harley

NEW YEAR’S EVE PARTY

Bootylicious New Years Eve at Club Union. Doors open 10pm.

If you want to rave at a gay club into 2024 with Dancehall, Afrobeat, Trap and Disco House, UK Garage + RnB Hiphop classics then Bootylicious is for you. Pure vibes guaranteed. Be there by midnight and have a free glass of bubbly with us.

Doors open at 10pm on Sunday 31/12/23 and the club closes at 6am on 1/1/24. Last entry 4am. A limited number of tickets will be held back for sale at the door for people arriving without a ticket, but we recommend that you get your tickets in advance for priority entry. Online will also be cheaper. For New Year’s only we are raising prices to cover the extra costs for rent and staff.

Bootylicious x Barbican – Celebrating our long history with the Love & Legacy Party

London’s legendary club night Bootylicious – a night created for Black queer and trans people and allies – is poised to take over the Barbican’s ClubStage for a Love & Legacy Party. “The late-night event in December will be an evening of unforgettable revelry and euphoric celebration featuring an array of renowned DJs spinning RnB, Hip-hop, Dancehall, Afrobeats, Amapiano, and more.” says The Barbican Centre

The line-up will feature singer, songwriter, and rapper Alicaì Harley alongside a selection of iconic Bootylicious resident MCs and DJs and musicians, plus there will be the Dancehall Star competition with £1000.00 prize money.

Alicaì is the perfect addition to the Love & Legacy Party as she defies genres and fuses sounds from Dancehall, Reggae, R&B, Rap, and Grime, blending her Jamaican-born, London-bred roots into her music.

Alicaì made a name for herself amongst the underground and radio scene and has gone from strength to strength since her first EP The Red Room Intro: Yard Gyal Inna Britain’ in 2021, performing at global festivals and events like London Black Pride, Glastonbury, and the BBC Introducing Tour.

This event is an opportunity for everyone to come together for a night of joy, togetherness, freedom, and love. It’s a celebration of Bootylicious’ remarkable history and its enduring commitment to providing a platform for the community.
