Booty goes back to Scala for the Summer Bank Holiday Bash on Saturday 29th August, the Pre Notting Hill Carnival Extravaganza. We take over all 4 floors of the Scala in Kings Cross. You already know this one is mega every year. Tickets are on sale via scala.co.uk now, and selling fast.
On the main floor the Bootylicious vibes that you know and love from our monthly event in Vauxhall, with guest DJs added, and performers on stage. Amapiano, Hiphop Rnb to Dancehall. More floors with Oldschool, RnB, Soul, classic House, Disco and more.
We’re very excited to announce an exclusive collaboration with the queer Latino/a club Exilio who will be taking over the middle floor for Carnival, bringing Latin and Carribean vibes by famed DJ G to the Glass Bar at Bootylicious for the first time.
DJ Jeffrey Hinton and Sugarbear are headlining the House Room upstairs. Jeffrey was one of the main DJs for Queer Nation and Sugarbear is resident DJ for Sunday Happy Day, and both will be playing soulful House music sets.
PLEASE NOTE: ID on phones is not accepted at Scala. You need to have a physical Photo ID card like passport or driving licence or a card with a PASS hologram: for instance “Citizen Card”.
